Jayco x18D owners: Question on your approx loaded tongue weight

Looking for any owners who can provide what their average loaded tongue weight is. I know the rule of thumb is 10-15% but would like some real world experiences. Thanks!

Jumping on the coat tails.

Picking up our new x18D this coming weekend. Will obviously need to find a CAT scale near Orlando, FL to check all this out. TV is a 2012 Tacoma w/ tow package (Sway Bar, transmission/oil cooler, brake controller, etc.) Still... just a v6. Flat land towing only. Maybe to the "mountains" of GA sometime in the future. 'nuff? Not sure I can swing a new Tundra anytime soon. Thanks!

Grab yourself a Sherline Tongue Weight Scale. You can get your tongue weight easy peasy. You will already know what your camper weighed leaving the factory with the yellow sticker. If you're not above weighing what goes into the camper once its in the driveway, you'll be pretty darned close. Don't forget to factor in the battery, water, etc.
