2 weeks ago we opened our 23B. I went to retract the awning and nothing. Checked the switch and wiring and during this troubleshooting, the awning started working. But as we all know, when we can't find what caused the problem it's sure to come back. Today after awning retracted, it stopped working. Here' what I found. Switch continuity is good. Power to switch is good. Motor works since I jumper it from switch wires to motor connection at awning. Wiring from motor connector to switch has one wire with no continuity. The wiring goes from the compartment with the radio through to the microwave and then up into the roof. That's as far as I could go. Guess I'll be contacting the dealer Monday. Anyone else ever have this problem. Not sure how this wire lost continuity unless the connection was on one the verge of failing.

There may be a small relay in that wire circuit. That's how my electric stabilizers are controlled. The rocker switch controls the relay, which controls the motor. This type of relay sometimes gives problems.

Calling dealer tomorrow. To my knowledge there is no relay or other limit switch in line with this circuit. I'm going to make sure they tell me exactly what was fixed so I understand how this happened. A bit disappointed right now.

Power awning problem solved. The dealer found a bad wire crimp underneath a board in the upper storage covey. I never would have found this wiring since it was not in a spot where I would have looked for wiring. Good that the trailer didn't have to be ripped apart. Very happy with service and all covered under warranty. Still makes you wonder about quality of workmanship. But all is well now!
