Charging center issue

New 26BH charging center trouble. Both usb ports are not working. The plug next to it works fine, so I don't think it is the fuse. Any idea on how to check the wiring to the usb plugs.

USB charging ports are pretty simple.

You can check the fuse with an ohm-meter, then re-seat it. That should probably be the first step

If you can remove the panel and get behind it you should be able to measure a 5V input across the leads going into the connectors.

If not, then follow the wires back.

Mine jumped off the propane detector.. So I knew the feed was good, so it was determined that the unit itself was dead. The 2 port USB station was replaced under warranty. The quality of these ports is not so good

It won't be 5v at the back of the connectors, 12v is brought from the battery and it will have a converter to the 5v on it or near it (the converter/brick/whatever you want to call it). Just didn't want confusion. The only voltage that should be present in your rv is 110/120v or 12v. That's how my USB ports (that I installed) are.
