Jayco 174BH question

Inside there is one 12v receptacle that says for TV power only. We don't have or want a TV. Can we use this.to charge phones with a cigarette lighter adapter to USB?

Why for TV only?

Because some people would use it for a cigarette lighter or other high amp device. A phone charger is fine.
