Surge brakes needing bled or repaired?

Was just checking the fluid for my surge brakes and noticed the fluid was a bit low and felt like water. Would like to know if I should just replace the master cylinder and bleed the brakes or just bleed the master cylinder and refill. Our camper didn't get used at all last year and this year I said we are using it. I popped it up, cleaned it out, fixed a water leak and then checked the fluid as we ARE camping this weekend. We are not going far this first time out. Campground is only 2 miles away. I've been searching YouTube for how to videos. Just want some opinions before I do anything.

Your first picture looks to have a lot of rust and corrosion in the master cylinder, a sign of water getting into the brake system. If you can flush the system with fresh fluid, you may buy yourself some time... IF:

1 - The master cylinder is working properly, but showing the corrosion.
2 - The Wheel Cylinders are not rusted, or water has gotten into them. If it has, they rust very quickly and will sieze in the near term.

Water is ultimately death to a Hydraulic Surge Brake System.

I will most likely just replace the master cylinder and bleed the lines. Found a YouTube video showing how to do it. Might not be right away as I also need new tires. Found one tire that has cracking sidewalls but still holds air. Made to the campground with no problem.
