Battery Issues

I have just purchased a 2015 Seneca 37HJ and when I went to start it today the chasse battery wouldn't crank the motor and I had to use the battery boost. Is there a disconnect switch from the chasse batteries to the coach batteries that I need to turn off? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No the batteries are seperated electronically by a diode. I had that happen with our KODIAK SENECA and then it never happened again. It was weird.
