Adding larger feet to stabilizer

My new 28.5BHXB Eagle HT has one of these stabilizers, I noticed that the foot pads on it are quite small, especially for use at a non-paved campsite.

Has anyone added the "elephant feet" (or similar products), to these stabilizer units?

It looks like it **should** be possible to just bolt them onto the existing feet, but figured I'd check here to see if anyone has already done this...

I bought a pressure treated 6x6 and cut it into 1' lengths, I use 1-2 them under each of the existing jack feet. Simple way to avoid changing them and by not extending the jacks very far the trailer feels less wobbly.

I changed to the feet from " Steady Fast " when I added thier product. Easy cheesy to do & there are several replacement feet on the market.

That is a good point, about not extending them as far down.
