Girard Water Heater Problem

Anybody ever had a issue with there Girard water heater control panel not working? I turn on the main switch on the water heater itself and the green light comes on the circuit board but the control panel inside won't do anything. Any ideas? Thanks

Well it's apparently a wiring issue. I removed the control panel from the bathroom wall and took it to the water heater and connected the 2 wires there and everything works as it should. Will try to track down the wiring fault tomorrow.

Green light is on the circuit board on the water heater itself, control panel in bathroom wasn't doing anything.

Nope. Well when I took control panel outside to the water heater and connected it there it worked.

My screen comes on when you turn on of the faucets on (detecting flow). We just took delivery of our unit last Friday and it took me 3 days to get it working correctly. Did it ever work for you?

Yes it was working correctly. I just installed a EMS this week so I'm hoping I just knocked something loose behind the fuse/breaker panel while doing that. Gonna check that this morning.

There is a 15 amp fuse on inverter unit maybe that blew. You would you think the green light wouldn't be on though.

Took the breaker/fuse box back out, checked all DC wiring. Didn't find anything that that was out of place. Put control panel back in bathroom and everything is fine now🤔. Guess it was just a loose connection.
