Is it just me or does the Dutchman Voltage look TOO similar to the Seismic?

So I'm surfing around looking for a Jayco service center close to home and I stumble across the Dutchman Voltage toy hauler. I'm looking at the V3950, and I'll be darned if that isn't about 90% the same as the Seismic 3914.

So does Dutchman make campers for Jayco, or does Jayco make them for Dutchman?

Two different companies.
Dutchmen Manufacturing is owned by THOR Industries. They also own Keystone RV, Damon RV, Crossroads RV, Goshen Coach, SJC Industries, Inc., & Heartland RV.

Jayco is owned by Jayco Corp.
& builds their own products.

I may be wrong, but I do believe the Voltage was designed and built first.
