There are some pictures in my mod thread where I installed the X-factor bracing on all 3 hangers when I did the wet bolts. It's pretty simple if anyone wants to do it themselves.

Starts around post 50 I think.

Forgot you did those a while back John. Sorry, I should've given you credit for doing it first! [emoji3]

No worries Tom. Just hadn't seen any other pictures of an install on the forum. Somebody will definitely improve on my methods I'm sure. Had to throw it out there in case somebody has a question.

Since the bracing is probably the most economical fix for spring hanger failure and reduces some of the frame twist, AND, I know nobody will ever build a better frame, the x-factor should become a standard, or option on new rigs, just as wet bolts have.

My Pinnacle came with the wet bolts. Reading this thread the first I have heard about x brace. Cannot wait for house to be built so I can get out of the park and jack it up to look at my axles. Right rear tire has rubbed the inside of slide a few times and axle was slightly shifted left after a backing turn. Of course three months later CW said all is good.

Hope I do not have to dance like a monkey again for my slide and roof. LOL

Yup and on all the slides. We plan on living in it about four months a year so I ordered every option. The boneheaded thing I did was not get the heat pump. I do not have electric on my river property in upstste NY and said why. I regret that now since will probably get it in a year or so. But we have the Onnan and solar to keep things charged and Honda 3000is

Clearwater Travel Resort , head out 1 June to Tyndall AFB by Panama City. At least I hope so if something else does not break. Went to relevel and that is how I found jamming slide which led to the hidden outrigger.

Hi Guys,

So i put four new 6 volt batteries in a brand new xantrax 1800 inverter. wall plate shows 12.9-13.00 volts when off shore power but still can't get the fridge to run off batteries. Am I missing something, is there a fuse or gfi that i am missing. is the transfer switch built into the inverter? This issue is driving me nuts I have it going into the repair shop in a couple of weeks but want to solve this on my own if i can cause i am sure they would charge me a fortune to trace a electrical issue when it could be something simple. it was working fine for previous owner. talked with jayco and they said some of the 1000 xantrex were having issues running the fridge thats why i upgraded to the 1800. And because the warranty is non transferable which is a croc as my unit is a 2016 it won't be covered under warranty

Some guys were saying their inverter was hooked wrong or not even hooked up........
If it's hooked up properly, refrigerator should run off it. I only have 2 12volt batteries, 4. 6volt would be better.

Mine was wired backwards from the factory...so make sure the positive and negative are connected correctly. I'm not aware of any fuse in line with the inverter??

The 120v wire comes from the breaker and goes to the inverter, then a wire goes to the fridge.
When you lose 120v, the internal transfer switch instantly switches to inverter 120v.
You would know how it's wired correctly if you installed a new inverter.
I'm not sure where the fridge is plugged in. Maybe it's under the stove with the water shut off.
If it is, then use your multi meter on that plug and see if you have 120v when on shore power and without.
If you don't have 120v without shore power then go to the inveter and see if there is 120 on the output side of the inverter.
