slide out help

We have a 2017 eagle HT 28.5 while getting ready for a trip trying to take in the kitchen slide, it comes in about 6" then stops. The battery is good I already checked for obstructions. Now what?

I have the same trailer and had the same problem with the slide coming in crooked, but it still would come in. this is what I did.

Synchronizing The Slide-Out Motors
1.
Fully extend the slide room using the switch. Keep the

switch engaged until the motors shut down on their own.
2.
Retract the room 1-2 inches.

3.
Repeat steps 1 and 2 until both motors shut down at the

same time. In many cases, two or three repetitions are
necessary to re-sync the system.
4.
Fully extend and then retract the room. Again, always let the

motors shut down on their own before releasing the switch.

I just had the same problem with my 2017 Eagle HT 28.5 rsts. I finally got the slide to come in by letting it out fully and then retracting it in 2 inches at a time. I took it back to the dealer and they said that one of the motors would need replacing.

Our kitchen slide binds and stops almost every time while retracting. I just put it back out an inch or so and start to go in again and it goes.
