2011 Jayco Eagle 322fks

Purchased a used model last week. Of course, the first thing the wife wants to do is give it a good cleaning. Ran her vacuum and heard a pop. Since then the lights over the vanity do not work nor do a couple outlets near the back door, or things in the bathroom. Reset the GFI in the kitchen and also turned all circuit breakers off and back on but still have not located the problem. Have not checked the fuses yet, but with the popping noise she said she heard did not suspect a fuse. Any suggestions?

If it's 120 Volt it's got to be either a GFI or circuit breaker.

Check for other GFI outlets like in the bathroom or even the outside outlets. When wiring the outlets they usually run the wiring threw a GFI outlet then to non GFI outlets. So it could be an outlet that you wouldn't expect that has tripped.

I've looked for other gfi's. Haven't located any. Jayco is supposed to be emailing me electrical diagrams specific to my VIN but haven't got them. Called yesterday.

It was a fuse. Simple fix, but the cause wasn't the vacuum. One of the vanity lights was broken in the vanity socket causing the fuse to blow. Hearing the POP thought circuit breaker or GFI. Glad it was only a fuse and light bulb, even though the bulbs are push in and twist style not the easiest to find.
