2014 Jayco Eagle 314bhds market value?

Well the title says it all. I have searched high and low for an actual value. I have had a dealer say 16k trade and another 20k. I woul like to sell it ourselves so was thinking around 24.5ish? Is this way out of line? Any help would be great.

Nathan

There's an NADA tool for checking values. Many have said the prices they list are over inflated, but it's a starting point. NADA website allows you to add options to get a closer idea of the optioned value. There are also some used ones listed on RVtrader.com that could give you an idea on what they're going for.

Yeah i have used the NADA it does not come out and say a used value or not. I guess all i can do is put it out there and see if I get any bites. It has to go in to have the front cap painted under warranty in november. After that it may go up for sale. My wife and I have not decided whether we want to go to a Fiver for more storage yet or not.

I would just look up comps on the major websites. In Canada autotrader.ca is a pretty good source, but just checked for yours on rvs.autotrader.com and didn't find any. Is there a good online marketplace down there? craigslist, kijiji? eBay? There must be somewhere that gets good traffic.

Even if you can't find your exact year/model, you can look for a model up or down and a year either side and then extrapolate your price. Also note that what people are asking is not necessarily what they are getting. eBay lets you review completed auctions, so if yours has sold, you can see what it actually fetched.

$24,300 avg retail (very very clean)
$20,150 low retail

The link jloco used...

Suggested list is the approx. price for the unit when new. I'd stay within low retail and average retail to be competitive.

There's a used 2014 for sale in Texas. They're asking $27.5
Condition, options, location and time of year would all factor in to sale price.
