Go to Jayco website.
Go to Contact us and send an email with your VIN#, year and model#.
Request framing diagram, electrical diagram, Plumbing diagram.

You can take these files to Staples and have A-size drawings printed for easy viewing.

Funny, When I tried to get prints for my trailer, I was told I couldn't get them until Warranty was expired. It must depend on the mood of the person who answers your request that day?

Yep,
The 1st reply was that they didn't know what I was asking for and that they had over 100 Engineering Drawings.
I sent back a new request restating drawings that showed the framing, electrical and plumbing systems.
I think a person from Engineering finally answered my request.
On my old trailer, 2008 165 Sport, the 1st contact I made they easily sent me the same thing within a few hours.

You have to email Jayco along with your VIN and request the drawings, they will email back a PDF of all those drawings. Sometimes they will not send while you are under warranty other times they will.

As A follow up, I did send the email to Jayco and got the response that they can't send it to me while I was under warranty. I contacted my dealer and asked them to get it for me. He copied me on the request to Jayco. They sent back two cut sheets of the framing for the door side of the unit. We are working on getting the rest now.
