Electricity whenever available. One time, the campground had fairly old infrastructure and whenever the water heater came on, it blew the breaker on the pedestal. We were about to inform the office when DW saw a sign posted saying that they know about it, and to prevent it from happening, switch the water heater to propane. It was no big deal for us, so we did it and never and any further problems.

Electric on water heater, and electric on fridge since it's a residential. Will kick the propane on for the wh every now and then if bathing is back to back amongst the 5 of us.

Most RV HWHs will allow simultaneous electric and gas for faster heating.

Yes I know. Run propane in addition to electric when necessary. Didn't clarify. We've RVed 14 years and full timed twice so we've got it down to an art.. All depends on how far apart showers / baths are.

Mirroring what everyone else seems to be saying.
I only use propane when that's the only option for a given task.
If I have plugins, I'll use my induction burner before I use the stove, my little ceramic heater unless it gets super cold, electric all the way whenever it's an option.
