Jayco White Hawk 25BH

Our new, 2016 White Hawk came with a touch screen LCI remote control for the slides, awning and LED exterior lights. We are ready to hook up and head out but I discovered that the remote is dead. I plugged it in with the provided cord over night to no avail. It will not charge. Has anyone else experienced this?

Open the remote up and replace the rechargeable batteries. You might want to check that you pulled the cellophane tab they sometimes slip between the batteries and contacts to break continuity during shipment.

Thank you. I have used the remote quite often during the winter months with no issues. The screws on this thing are tinier than the ones on my eye glasses. I may have to open it with a hammer. The website that I found said the replacement cost is over 200.00. NEVER!

Did you buy trailer new? Just have it replaced under warranty.
