Smile Made my own Radius Carpeted steps for $10.00 and stuff I had in the garage

Made my own Radius Carpeted steps for $10.00 and stuff I had in the garage.

Purchased 24"x 60" Black indoor-outdoor carpet with rubber backing from Home Depot for $10.00. Cut three of them at 19" long & put eight grommets in each. Folded it under step & zip tied them. Photos Below

Also working on placing a piece of tinted plexiglass in shower skylight !!! will post photos after completed.

They look great. Was thinking of also making my own also. Does the rubber backing hold a lot of moisture? I wouldn't like to cause the steps to rust badly.

I have had the same mat used for the steps at my front door to my home on concrete for approximately two years and it has not fallen apart and the rubber backing is still intact
I Just made them yesterday for the RV and in my opinion I do not see a moisture problem being on metal due to the fact that there are several holes through the steps for ventilation as shown in photo.
