mangled the arm on the awning ????

I have a motorized 18 ft awning on a 2017 265RLSW does any one know what make model they use of where on the awning can I find this info. Its my ssister in laws and they got it caught up in the easy access door handle.

You might try calling Jayco with your serial number and they should be able to give you an exact make and model. Another way might be to post pictures of the arm and some other forum members may be able to identify it.
