A lot of owners of older RVs have replaced regular bulbs with LED bulbs. Lots of threads you can research with suggestions of brands.

I bought some on ebay for my old unit and hated them as to blue white. So watch for a comfortable warmer color. They aren't cheap but are a lot less time and work and maybe money than replacing the whole fixture.

When looking at LED bulbs try and find ones where they mention the temperature. This is what determines the color.

Here is rough numbers

6K - it will have a blue hue to the color
5K - bright white
4k - softer color starting to get yellow

That 4K and maybe 3.5K will be closer to the color of an incandescent. I want to say based on the performance of the OEM LEDs in our 2017 they are using LEDs in the 5K range.

You can also add gel filters to the lens to change the color a bit.
