I removed the bottom sweep and couldn't find a replacement where we are so we just put a towel down to catch any water. Guess what????? the water runs back into the shower without it. 5 months later we use the shower every day and the floor is always dry.

After 8 months of full-timing, my shower door sweep is still pristine. Not sure why so many folks are having a problem with theirs. As for the replacement piece, you can find a "stick-on" door sweep at Home Depot in the door section. The "sweep insert" location will vary by store. Some HD's have them over by the shower doors. Others have them in the hardware dept. by the screen door hardware. They're only about $3.

Shower Door Sweep Issue

I had the same problem with the bottom shower door sweep as everyone else appears to be having. My fix was simply to use packging tape to secure the torn section back into place. Everything must be clean and dry prior to using the tape but it is working for me with no leaks around the bottom of the door. Obviously it is very poorly designed and Jayco should be ashamed for continuing to use this setup.

Currently in Branson, MO in a condo and want be back home until Sunday. However, I went online to home depot and below is a link to the shower sweep I'm using. Had it on for over a year with no problems. Cost less than $3 and you just cut it to the length you want.
Click on the link below to see.
