Washing Trailer

I will be storing my new trailer at a storage facility. I live in a condo and can't bring or store it at my home.

Where do you all wash your rigs if you have the same storage situation?

Thanks

Steve

We have cousins with the same issue and the only time the trailer is washed is when it comes to our house to get winterized. I get mad because my trailer is washed before and after trips and theres looks almost as clean.

Most large truck stops have power wash bays with platforms that you can use to spray off the top. I am a new owner and have yet to wash mine but that's my plan.

I've washed my camper at the camp ground itself a few times. Not all parks allow that, but it may be an option depending on where you're camping at the time.

Some car washes are tall enough and have enough maneuvering room.

One near me calls itself an 'Auto and RV' car wash, but they recently installed a row of vacuum cleaners that (intentionally or not) eliminated the maneuvering room for RVs when leaving the wash area. My point is if they say there's room for RVs, you'd better check it out.

Check out this site. You may have a location near you.

Home

We've used them with our pickup while on the road to clear off the bugs, grime, and the occasional pedestrian who might get in the way and get stuck to the grill.
