What is "hung" fiberglass walls?

I know what laminated means. It's when several layers of material, including fiberglass, luan, foam insulation are all glued together and on a usually aluminum frame. And this type of construction is either done using a pinch roller or vacuum bonded (preferred method).

What goes into the "hung" fiberglass construction? I'm thinking primarily of the Jay Flights. I know the normal construction method of the Flights is wood frame with aluminum siding, aka "stick and tin".

But there is an option of fiberglass siding. Does it mean when the fiberglass siding is used instead of aluminum, the fiberglass is simply glued to the wood studs?

Or is there some other method of attaching the fiberglass siding?
