Move Seismic South for Winter - Campground Suggestions?

So in lieu of paying for heated storage this winter when our Seismic comes out of service sometime in November or December in Jersey, I’m considering taking it south (East Coast Area) where, far enough where freezing temps, no winterization and snow aren’t a factor. We will most likely fly down to spend time with it so it either needs a spot or needs a Campground that will move it from their storage area to. Spot for our visits.

Of course the Orlando area and FL sound great, nothing near the beaches and water due to long term salt water exposure. We would consider SC, TN, Georgia, if freezing temps aren’t an issue, but seems FL is probably only safe bet there.

Any recommendations on good places, free of rodent problems, and meet our needs much welcomed.

Thanks all.
