The weather has been cool, windy and a bit wet....
most folks would find this reason enough to lift anchor but not us.... lets just stay an extra day
We have had the experience in staying here on Hatteras island in a Nor'easter with wind gust up to 35 mph (I'd think maybe up to 40 mph). The trailer was rocking for 3 nights!!!
Today was supposed to be a rainy day, so we went north for a drive and the weather was just perfect. Ended up driving on the beach with the truck in 4 wheel drive in Corolla looking for wild mustangs (none seen). What a great time!
