I'd try lego's under the Anderson with a rubber matting to stop the things from sliding.

Update
They work great after a months use. No sliding issues on cement or black top. They did fit between the wheels but tight, so I did cut them about 5" or so. The biggest problem is learning it takes inches not feet of movement to reach level after using Lego blocks. With the AccuLevel it's a breeze to watch as the unit levels.

If the Anderson is to small I then go to only the Lego style blocks. Do not feel comfortable using both at the same time. I then make sure I chock the heck out of everything.

Andersen Levelers work great! I noticed someone said they had trouble getting the wedge out. You can drive off of the levelers. No need to remove the wedge first!

Andersen DO NOT recommend driving off the little wedge,
Instead, drive toward the think edge of the Levelers, that will remove the pressure off the wedge, take the wedge out and your good to go.

I purchased them and used them this year. I have had excellent luck with them. I do not drive off the block like the instructions say. I pull slightly forward taking the pressure off the small blocks and remove them. I then back up enough to remove the larger curved shaped blocks. I have never had them sink into the ground. They are solid and work very well to level my trailer and chock the wheels. I also chock the other side with regular checks.

I have been thinking of this ever since the first thread on these a couple months ago. Which, by the way... caused me to order a set also. I have yet to actually use them yet.
But anyways... I think the "point" of having the guy plumb the trailer wall instead of gauging a horizontal level on the nose... Andersen was trying to depict a team operation: the truck driver never has to actually get out of their seat, because their assistant will jump out of the moving vehicle, grab the levelers and the 4' level, and by the time the assistant has that, the driver has been maneuvering the camper. Then the assistant tosses the andersens under the tandems and the driver pulls forward. The assistant needs to be at the location of the tandems to ensure stop the driver in case he pulls to far forward, and drops the camper off the 4" levelers. The only way to level the trailer side-to-side from the location of the tandems is by plumbing the wall.
And marketing. Andersen is trying to depict "Super Speed" leveling. if you don't have to walk all the way to the A-frame, or kitchen counter, or refrigerator, you will be leveled WAY faster.

We have a monster-sized level mounted on the front of our trailer, and I can see it quite well in the rear-view mirror. The only time I have to get out of the truck during side-to-side levelling is to put the Andersens in place. Position the truck near where I want it, put the levellers in front of the low side wheels, creep forward while watching the level in the rear-view, and stop when the bubble is centered. It literally is a one-person job now. The only job DW has now is to help me back in and scream if I'm about to hit anything.

You pull the unit off AWAY from the wedge side. My camper weighs about 8000 lbs. and I've never broke the wedge. Always pull off the high end of the cradle. I pull forward a tad to release the pressure on the wedge. Remove the wedge then pull off. The wedge just keeps the leveler in place. YouTube videos show the proper way to do it. And if I'm not mistaken, Andersen is the maker of the video.

I never broke my Anderson leveler or the small wedge.
Also, my trailer is very light - 3300lb when loaded (CAT scaled)

I don't think it matters, either. I've used them both ways; it depends how the trailer is positioned on the site. Years ago I used to use a ramp to level the trailer, but after a long conversation on another forum and an email to an engineer at Dexter, I decided to abandon that idea. Too much of the wrong kind of stress on the axle and springs. But the Andersens seem to work as advertised.

I back onto mine also, I do it because I find it helps ensure there is no pressure from the king pin on the jaws of of the hitch allowing for a smother release.

+1 used the side level to "calibrate" the front

They are a little long Anderson says to cut the to fit. They were tight between my wheels so I cut for ease of use
