Front End Sway GrayHawk

I have a 2017 GrayHawk FK that we just went on our first trip in 500 miles.

Driving 60-65 MPH it is hard to keep it in the lane. Seems to have a lot of play(?) in the steering. If a truck passes us it really pushes to the right. Driving straight with no one passing you have to keep moving the steering wheel left to right and back and forth.

Called Jayco and they said to have Front end alignment checked. I asked them about caster adjustment spec's. and they said that was factory set and should not be a problem.

Before I find a alignment shop I wanted to get any ideas others may have about this problem

Make Jayco pay for alignment. They did for us. It improved but not totally gone.

Maybe too much weight in the rear ? Just a thought ? Had a 2015 Greyhawk and it drove fine. Good Luck !

Front end alignment.

Check your weight on the rig; open your driver door and look at the yellow sticker. See how many pounds you're allowed to bring. That number on the door is for everything you put IN the rig; including yourself and family. Take the rig to a CAT scale and run it across the scales; see if you're too heavy on one of the axles or in total.

Check your Hellwig helper springs. More here: http://www.jaycoowners.com/forums/f5...ory-23499.html

As others have noted, make sure you're not hanging too much weight off the tail, thus unloading your front end. CAT scales will tell you all you need to know about this too.
