FYI - BattleBorn Blemish Deals

If you are in market for a good deal on Lithium Batteries, BattleBorn has blemish 12V 200 AH batteries going for $699/ free shipping.. They wont last.

They come with standard 10 year warranty.. I hope you get one, two or three.. Good Luck.

I got my batteries!! They were the "blem" batteries on the site but dang if I couldn't find any imperfections or damage on the battery cases.

$699 was a screaming deal! Amazon has the same battery for $1049 each and that price hasn't dropped since I started watching in 2019. The Group 27 form factor has never dropped below $899 there since 2019 also. I really wanted the BB2 form factor (think golf cart 6v) due to space limitations with my rig.

Here's what they look like:

First post says 200ah. Ones other received pictured 100ah. They are probably trying to drop inventory before the end of the year and saying blemish to keep middle man off their back. Supply and demand working in the end users favor this time!

Battle Borne never had a 200ah battery. You have either 60ah or 100ah. First post was a typo.

My boss has a $5500 battery on his boat. He used to use 7 golf cart batteries and now has this.

BattleBorn does offer some batteries larger than 100Ah. Those beasts are offered in the 8D and GC form factors.

That's a good price for Battleborn with the full ten-year warranty (7 years and then condition of the battery replacement). I just got some SOK's. Folks should do the math and they'll see lithium has become cost competitive with AGM batteries. When you consider the full life of the battery it works out.

Looks like you can still grab the Group 27 size for a pretty good price. $799 on the BB website as of now.

RPR, you are right! They have some larger beasts as well with 270ah. Priced/sized accordingly, LOL.

LION UT1300 LifePo

I like my LION UT1300s. Two 105Ah LiFePO4s for $1400 from Costco. Normally $899. Lifetime warranty. They go on sale regularly.
I now have them installed inside the trailer. One third the weight for twice the Amp hours compare to the lead acid types. That move quite a bit of weight off of the tongue and secured them inside and keeps them cool in the summer and shortened the cable to the battery.
