What was the "justification" the dealer used to get THAT authorized?

Some folks have a hard time getting failed roofs warrented, and you got them to install a new awning?!!! Over some wrinkles!!?

Just the fabric? Or the whole system?

My whole awning looks like a wrinkled dress shirt because it was not lined up properly when they installed it.

Mine has a little of that too.. and the fabric was just replaced for a different reason.
Not a big deal IMO. The awning works fine. Most awnings i see have a few ripples when rolled up.

With my manual awning I have the same problem unless I let it retract a bit, then pull back with the strap every few inches. Doing that seems to tighten the fabric on the roller.
