Just dropping a note to say hi before I tumble down the rabbit hole of forum posts.
My wife and I just took delivery of our new 2021 Jayco Jay Feather X213 on Friday and took it for a shake down weekend away with no kids. A couple more trips planned over the next few weeks with the kids (4yoG and 1yoB).
It was my first time towing anything of substance and I was nervous. But I took my time and everything went fine.
Tow vehicle is a 2005 VW Touareg V8 with Air Suspension and it handled it with no problems. Active air kept us nice and level and the V8 had a ton of power for the hills.
