Same here (I'm your neighbor) except for the six inch rain (one drop every six inches over minute for six minutes) we had a couple weeks or so ago.

I live in the city that receives the most annual rainfall in the continental US.. Mobile, AL area. It rains a couple times a day here, especially this time of year.

Not enough rain free days in Michigan (at least the southern lower peninsula) as far as I'm concerned.

Here in South MS., just about every afternoon/evening. Heat of the day plus Gulf of Mexico next door equals light to heavy pop up showers.

24 hours in a day, 24 beers in a case. Coincidence? I think not.

As I live in Fl, it stopped about 20 minutes ago. Over 2 inches in the last 24 hours. Normal, for our rainy season (June/October).

we hear the same weather report for about 3+ months, ... temp in the 90's, high humidity, 70% change of isolated thunderstorms, severe in some areas.

I think the weather forecaster's tape it and go on vacation for months.

vvvv we're with him vvvv

119 days without rain dry streak broken today by a haboob, followed by 60 mph winds, and 1/2" in the rain gauge.

I don't envy your winds and dust, but I've seen it rain every where else in the state but still no measurable rain at my house.
