Moved the trailer from my storage area to my house, in storage I prop the doors open on the fridge, forgot to secure the door closed, during the short drive the door swung open all the way where the bottom strikes against the dining bench, broke the bottom hinge clean off the door and dropped it on the floor. Now I have to order a new door to replace this one.

Installed a TV on the divan bulkhead. Now we can watch TV in comfort from the swiveled cockpit seats or on the divan with the center cushion installed. I was a lot of work but worth it.

Took it in for it's fall servicing and winterization. Then it's time to be tucked in until spring. Threat of snow here next week...

I went ahead and poured RV antifreeze down all my drains. We have a 2nd cold front coming thru DFW area on Monday, although only supposed to get down to 37, but I figured better to be safe than sorry. I blew out all my lines after our last trip in August, so not too worried about any lines freezing.

Not necessarily TO the RV, but definitely for it. Got my neighbor who is a contractor to complete the installation of my 50 amp pedestal in my front yard by the fence. Now I can plug in my trailer without having to use my EMS and 2 different adapters to supply power to the trailer and when it gets warm next summer, I can run the AC without worrying about the plugs getting hot or tripping breakers.

Yesterday I used compressed air to blow out the water lines. Today I put RV antifreeze in the drain traps and emptied out the pantry. Also I put the tire covers on. The TT is all ready for its winters nap.

All winterized and covered for the hibernating season. It's the start of the clock for the new cover. Hoping for seven years on this one too.

I use my EMS at my home base site just like I do anytime I plug in anywhere. Here at my home I have had the EMS save me several times. Once for high voltage spikes and another just high voltage due to a failing transformer for my neighborhood.

Just because you are at home doesn't mean electrical issues can't happen and damage your rig.

She got her final bath of the season yesterday. Planning to winterize today, and then a coat fo wax before she's put to bed until spring.

My water heater on propane quit lighting after the hard rain yesterday. This happens a couple of times a year due to spiders around the burner/starter area and just crud. A quick blast of compressed air to this area and also the burner orifice. All is good again until the next time.

Spent Saturday fixing a leak where the white braided water hose comes out of the water pump. Tore off the crimp clamp (a bit of a job) and replaced it with a worm gear clamp. So far, so good. Today I blew out the water lines, drained the hot water tank, and back-flushed the black tank real good again. Even used the “ ‘whizzle stick” down the toilet. Ready for the cover once our 50-mph wind gusts subside.

Try putting a chunk of a pet flee collar in by door of the hot water heater. It might help chase away the spiders. That trick does keep yellow jacket and wasps out of our refrigerator back and hot water tank. I also put a chunk where the cord goes into the TT to keep stuff out o there.

Went over and took a peek at the re-painted front cap. Paint looks good now, but they have jacked up the stickers again....

I use a No Pest Strip in my detached garage at my home base and it absolutely keeps wasps, etc. out. I thought about cutting off a small chunk to use behind my fridge as well as the water heater, but just never did it. Hmmm@

Yesterday I winterized the water system, cleaned out everything that can freeze from inside, and gave it a bath before its long winter nap. It was a sad day when I pulled out of the storage lot for the last time this year.

I pulled it home and winterized it. So sad the camping season is over.
