Washed the sides down and parked it back in its spot. Is it just me, or does this TT get longer every time I wash it?

Tweaked my Husky Centerline TS hitch as my new RAM sits slightly higher than my 2019 due to the fact I opted for the off road package.

We noticed a small leak at a joint in awning side rain gutter last trip out. Took the time to get the ladder out, climb up and caulk the area, and then put everything back away. Being as smart as I am, I didn't think to look at the driver's side while I had everything out. Guess what, it needs calking in the same spot. Will have to pull everything back out at another time to do that side.

I swear that I must enjoy doing jobs twice. I tend to do things like this all the time.

Yup. Whatever sealant Jayco used on that seam, is pretty poor quality. Mine started leaking on both sides last year. I didn't get to seal the up until our trip last week.

John I picked up a Ryobi 18 V rotary washer that extends. It came with the medium bristle head so I purchased the coarse and soft heads. It's waterproof and the head has a pivot adjustment. Used the soft head for washing the RV and it cut my time in half plus a lot less effort. Last week I used the medium bristle head on the roof, worked like a charm.

Nice! I've seen those and pointed it out to my DW right away. I haven't seen how much these go for as of yet, but looks like a real time saver.

Thought it might be. I really don't want to scrub the roof again with the brush! And if it can cut down on the time washing the unit, all the better. Maybe father's day gift idea, or b'day, which is sooner.

Washed the roof as the first step of Crazy Seal installation. Tried to take it to a covered storage unit that I rented today, but they gave me one too narrow. Renting it for only a month so I can do this project without worrying about the threat of rain. Looking forward to getting it done and off my to do list.

Added a place to put things that you don't want the children or grandchildren to mess with.

Loaded up mostly everything for departure on Monday. Loaded up fridge & freezer. Put bikes on the rear bike holder (mine, youngest DD & DW's). Still have to load the oldest DD's and her friends bike on the front holder for the TV. I also put new dicor on the roof to seal up some of the old. We are about 85% ready to head out on Monday morning. Plan is to leave around 4:30 am from DFW and travel to Okatoma, MS for a 1 night stay over before we arrive at Top Sail Hill SP in FL.

Installed the metal bracket for the fridge door the other day. Nice peace of mind now, knowing that extra support is there. We're careful not to go too heavy with stuff in the door, anyway; but just in case.

Dan, let me know how Okatoma RV Resort is since they are under new ownership. We're booked for a month starting September 25th. Safe travels & enjoy!

Unfortunately, moved the 212qb to a storage facility.
See my other rv parking post under the general discussions.

Washed it and put a coat of Turtle Wax ICE Seal & Shine on the front cap. Scrubbed out the interior as well and filled the fresh water tank in preparation for a few days of dry camping in the North Cascades National park.

Went over all the seals on the sides, front and back and found some that had already started pulling away only at 10 months old.

Checked the roof over, looks good.

I took the clean sheets out to the TT. Not a big effort, but still a necessity. Next trip we will have one night without dog foot prints on the sheets.
