Pretty sure that the submersible pump on my well went out today. It runs but isn't building pressure over 20 psi. And since it's a holiday weekend, it probaby won't get fixed until next Tuesday. Decided some beer would make things better, so I got an 18 of Coors Banquet. Good stuff for the price.

Luckily the chickens have enough water to last till then, the garden was watered yesterday and it rained today. Got 9 gallons of water in buckets from the house downspout to flush the toilet and bottled water for drinking. Sponge baths if needed. Glad I learned how to manage water usage while wintering down in the Quartzsite LTVA.

A bottle of Trader Joe’s Oktoberfest. Yeah, left over from last October, but still great with pizza!

Found a beer to replace Budweiser. Pretty good beer, brewed in Paso Robles Ca. Ale with a good bite. 4.7% so I can have more than one or two.

We're lucky enough to have the Great American Beer Festival here in the fall. I'm the one hanging around all of the tables w/ the barrel aged stuff.

I don’t have a specific brand, I like to try new things. But I can say that I prefer the dark one.
