Blower Motor Resistor

where is the location of the Blower Motor Resistor pack for a 2021 Jayco alante 27a

Is it possible that they are built into the switch? There are (5) terminals on the back of the switch. If you need a new switch, let me know and I can link you to one if the same as mine.

While I don't know where it would be specifically on an Alante, the blower motor resistor pack is almost always installed in the HVAC airstream (so mounted in the airbox but is removable from the exterior of the air handler box) and usually mounted with 2 screws and also often is that it will be found near the blower motor. ~CA

Thanks Kevin, just another FYI, the resistor packs get very hot and the resistors only get hot when the blower motor is running (except when on High which doesn't use the resistor pack) so having the resistor pack in the airstream is ideal. (not that I have seen this as the documented reason for its location, likely just a lack of documentation though imo). ~CA
