Bathtub conversion?
Owner of a 2019 Pinnacle 36kpts.
We live full time in the same spot since new. My wife is missing a bathtub from the old house. So I started to measure and found the shower base is 60 inch by 29 inch and the local Lowes and home depot carry a tub that is just that size! I was wondering if anyone has done a conversion like this. I am very handy and do not think it would be that much of a problem to do. Thoughts?

My concern would be the added water weight if the floor isn't braced for it.

I have looked under the shower area and it is pretty Stout with a lot of support. Besides.. The two of us in the shower *wink* are just fine.

Do they have a fiberglass model that weigh's less?

Yes it is a fiberglass tub.
