Future Mod to TT.

Second week of June, I plan on converting my Hardwired Shore Power Cord, to a Detachable one. I already have the Kit, just need to wait as we are getting ready to see my son in Southern California.

Here is the Kit I bought. I will post pictures of the process.

Please do. I will be doing the same before my trip to Lake Powell in July...

Are We There Yet?

Pix?
I did that mod last year on my old trailer. No regrets. The cord is MUCH easier to store!

Where did you buy it and what did it cost, (if you don't mind me asking )

Will enjoy following your conversion. I plan to do the same in a year or so.

On the interior, my trailer has an 'end table' for the cord storage. DW and I both REALLY want to eliminate that 'feature.' Does your trailer have a similar 'feature?' If so, do your plans include keeping it or getting rid of it?

Still in California, won't be home until June 10th. I will document the whole process.

I bought it from Camping Worlds web site. It retailed for $59, but came to $74 with shipping.
