Mounting a back up camera

I have a 2003 27BH and I want to add a camera. I'm not sure how the structure/walls/studs run in a camper and would like to find something solid to hang the camera from.

Does anyone know a good way to find the studs or is there plywood behind the siding so it doesn't really matter?

No plywood. All you can do is tap on the siding and listen for a solid hit, vs hollow.. Not sure if a stud finder works on aluminum or not.

Good news could be that a camera can't be that heavy and would probably stay put with some VHB tape and screws.

Walabot, unfortunately, does not detect aluminum framing or 12 volt wiring in RV walls. Feel free to contact us with any further questions or feedback.

Best Regards,

Ha, I posted the same question on a Walabot FB post. If it would work on an RV I wouldn't have asked here, LOL!
