Help reinstalling Inverter in Seneca

Purchase my Seneca a few years ago and it came without an inverter, didn't realize it for a while. I'm not looking to install a new Xantrex Freedom 2000. However, I want to make sure I understand what's going on before I screw it up. Someone added a few things to the 120v panel and there's something plugged into the spot I believe the inverter used to be plugged. I can upload pictures is that would help.

I'd love to know what the original inverter powered in my unit. Doesn't seem like it could have powered much. I'd like to have the outlets live and the microwave work - but not the fridge or the AC units.

Our '08 Seneca 35GS was only equipped with a 400W inverter which was hard-wired from the factory to power the front TV and entertainment center system. We have added an extension cord from the inverter which had two extra standard outlets as well to the bedroom TV which it sits directly above, just beyond the 3 big drawers.

A picture of what you are referring to would really help.

P.S. A big welcome to JOF.

AC would take a big battery bank anyway. I run 2 x 14-2 wire to the main panel from the inverter. Installed 2 way (3 pole) switches P contact to plugs or microwave. Other contacts inverter and converter. If your fridge is on the same outlets, you're able to run the fridge during travel. Your choice. I use a 3000 watt and has performed well for me.
Use the feeding wires of the inverter as supplied with instructions.

Thanks for all the great information. Here are pictures. Bonus points for anyone that can identify the 3 cables I found loose under the bed.

I guess it's time to get a plug tester and figure out what outlets are actually on which circuit.

White is ground to inverter, black is positive to inverter, phone jack is for Inverter control panel in Power Center. Do you have a 36FS?

Thanks for that. Any idea what the smaller gauge white wire is? Also, Does the outlet to the left of the transfer switch supply 120 to the inverter? And is the plug currently in that outlet the one circuit that was originally powered by the inverter?
