No tail lights! Help!

Hi everyone from beautiful Colorado! I am a new owner of a 1993 Jayco Eagle class c motorhome, Ford. My tail lights died. Where is the fuse panel for the tail lights? It's not under the dash. The poor thing is old and I'm having problems finding the fuse box for the tail lights. Sounds silly, but I need some help! Any ideas?? Thank you.

Did you look under the hood for a fuse panel? It will have a plastic lid on it.

There still should be a small fuse box under the dash, to the left of the steering column. I've never seen a vehicle that didn't have one under there.

The under hood box will be near the left fender.

This information should be in the owners manual and it seems that you might not have one or it's missing. Try searching for it on the web. It's an important document to have. When you search include .pdf in the search terms which should give the ability to download and save it for reference or print it.

Good luck and welcome to JOF!

Check the driver’s and passenger kick panel, fuse panels have been known to live there behind a pop-off door.

What the owner's manual says

Tail Lights, Clearance Lights, Turn Signals, Brake Lights and Back-up The wiring for these lights is connected behind the RV load center on Fords, and under the padded panel next to the driver's door on Chevy.
Any ideas?
