TV Extension Arm

Hello All - We recently bought a 2019 Jayco 31XL. It seems the TV arm on the main TV does not extend nearly enough to view from the main seating area. We find that very strange and a design flaw. I have purchased two universal extension arms, and neither came close to working. Can anyone provide me with a link for an extension arm that would work, please. An electric extension arm work be great. Thank you very much in advance for any help. This is a frustrating problem for me because my wife will not go camping if she cannot watch TV at night. Thanks again.

Look at a company named Smith-Richards as they make a variety of TV mounts and make the motorized mounts now used by Jayco. I just replaced the one in my 2011 as the worm drive shaft broke. A totally new design wasn't much more than the shaft. My mechanism is sitting on a 2x for a little extra height.
