I had the same P-rated Wranglers on my '14 RAM 1500 and they did fine towing as long as I inflated them to the max cold sidewall pressure of 44psi. When it was time to replace them I stayed with the P-rated A/T tires but went with a Les Schwab Backcountry A/T. Those towed equally as well as the Wranglers when inflated to 44psi.
If you do want to consider moving up to an LT I see Discount Tire shows 2 or 3 All-Season LT tires that might be worth considering:
Nitto Dura Grappler
Toyo Open Country H/T
Yokohama Geolandar A/T G015 (Technically an A/T but tread design is less aggressive than most)
