Water damage

Just purchased 2010 jayfeather 19. Found water damage in front of and back of right wheel well nothing else is wet. Just washed the roof and awning today. Doors are fine. Walls are fine. Any idea of where this is coming from??

Really hard to say without looking it over, but water can travel long distances once it enters. Check ALL calk joints, seals, roof seams and roof sealant, windows, etc. Then check your plumbing for leaks. It appears a plumbing drain is over the area, check it closely, that "leak" looks like it may be drain water.

I just purchased a week and no water has been run since then. I did wash the roof, rain gutters, awning underside and top. Fresh water was found between the floor and the plastic wheel well. There is a 1/4 inch gap between the two and a little was there. Tomorrow we are going to soak it down with one person inside... We'll see

Hard to tell from the picture but I would say this damage is not from what you did washing the rig. It's been there long enough to have black mold. Hopefully you can identify and repair if you see any rot.

Good probability it was road water from being towed in the rain, since you said there was a small gap at the fender well.

Problem identified. Washed the rig again duplicating what we did the day before..... nothing. Then hooked up city water and ran everything for 20 minutes. The water pump filter cap was barely hand tight- explained stains under table. Then the wife noticed water leaking from the underside of the faucet. After getting burned this past summer I have become very apprehensive when I hear "excellent shape ,needs nothing". Thank you to all that replied

Glad you found it!

We had a similar problem - the hot water connection to the kitchen faucet was not tight from the factory. Water would drip, then run down the hose and drop. Took a little sleuthing but tightening the connection put a quick and easy end to the leak. No further problems with that in the past six years.
