AC only works on low setting

Got a 2017 Jayco Jay Flight SLX 264BHW and I've been doing some repairs, and prep work for our maiden voyage. I've had it hooked up via 120 adapter into the garage. The first couple of days everything about the AC worked, but now "high fan", and "high cool" don't work. There is no noise with the high fan setting, but there is some noise with the high cool setting. It's kind of like a low hum. All the low settings are operational still. Anyone experience this? Are there separate high and low capacitors? Is running it off of 120 problematic?

Wall mounted thermostat? Bad thermostat, loose wire, or bad control box.

Ceiling controls? Bad switch or loose wire

Ceiling control. Thanks for the help. I know very little about this, and really needed a starting point.

When you were running the AC, was the trailer plugged into a standard 15amp household plug? I'm not saying it's pooched, but when you start pulling close to the max amps a plug can give you (an AC will draw around 15amps no problem) the voltage starts to drop, sometimes to levels that can harm induction motors (the type in your AC). Anything below about 105V and you're asking for trouble. Hopefully this isn't the case, but consider this at least a bit of knowledge going forward. Maybe grab a plug in volt meter so you can watch your voltage when using power.

It looks like its 20 amp. Although its already been tripped the breaker in the house once, because my wife started doing laundry.
