Question Furnace Heater stopped

Hi all. Our situation happened this past Sept. While out camping, the furnace/heater was working just fine Friday night. We wake Saturday morning freezing! I go turn up furnace/heater, nothing. We checked under the sofa, nothing blocking the vent. I lit the pilot light and used the oven to heat the trailer.

Our 2015 Jayflight SLX 264BHW has never had a heating issue before. Yes we had a major issue with the fresh water tank strap. And we have had some mid-night battery alarm going off.

Once hubby warmed up that Saturday, he went outside to the furnace box. There was ice. Once the sun shined there, the ice melted, but still no heat. Hubby spent way to much time on it Saturday, we used the oven to keep us warm Sunday. Worst part is, we loaded up went home, after unloading everything at home, hubby went in the trailer and the heat was on! Anyone??

May have been the sail switch was stuck and the ride home shook it loose and allowed the furnace to fire up again.

Go to "Furnace Not Working" thread in Jayco Class C Motorhomes. Likely the same problem.
