Octane 273 toy hauler retractable screen

Hey if anyone can help me out with any information on the retractable screen in the back by the ramp a friend of mine's son had leaned on it and pulled it out of the track and I can't seem to find anything on even an idea of repair course if jayco warranty would cover that anyone can help me or give me any information I greatly appreciate it!
