Rear too low and cannot drive where slightest dip in road
Front tires are wearing on outside because apparently Jayco did not realign RVs after installing the coach before 2016 or so. My chassis is a 2013 and coach is 2014. Result is back end is heavier and lower than front end. Now needs camber caster slugs installed. Frustrating as cannot get into gas station driveways that have the slightest dip or rear hits. Am also worried jacks are too low as the rear ones are lower than the front because they are under the gas line as they were obviously installed after the gas line was installed. Bad design! Expensive to install air bags or rear wheels or .... Anyone else have this problem and what did you do to lift back end for more clearance?

They never do an alignment, even today. Once you load the coach it would change anyway. Many here have had the alignment done under warranty. If the rear of your coach is squatting that bad, sound's like a spring issue.

2013? Do you have the JRide? If not then hellwigs like Jayco now uses would bring the rear end up and prevent squatting. Air bags would also work.
I would take it to a suspension alignment shop that specializes in these problems and get it fixed. This is not going to get any better and may cause damage to your rear springs if not corrected.

He didn’t mention hellwigs? How do you know he has them? He didn’t even mention what motorhome he has...only that it’s a 2014 on a 2013 chassis.
Could be a Redhawk or a Greyhawk or even a Seneca?
Would help to know the motorhome and length.

Thanks for the good advice. Much appreciated. Going to take it to Knighthill Automotive Repair in Delta BC in the Spring, so hopefully they can fix it.

Should have, they were standard equipment. If not that's probably the problem, but too late for warranty now.

Thanks so much for the info, but sure doesn’t seem to have functional springs.

Have you had it on a scale to check axle weights?

I don't claim to be an expert, but learning your loaded axle weights would give you a valuable data point to start from. Sounds like you're heavy in back and light in front. You might help it by redistributing as much of your load as possible forward. We carry supplies in the overhead bunk, mounted the spare tire on a front mount hitch receiver and carry heavy tools in the forward most compartments.
But with the amount of rear sag you describe, I would have the rear springs checked by a heavy truck spring shop. They can easily upgrade the spring packs to correct the sag. I don't think the Helwig helper springs have the capacity to affect that degree of sag.
Just my thoughts. Good luck getting it resolved. Remember, this is all supposed to be Don.

Thanks. It is fun without the headaches.
I do not have an overhead bunk and storage compartments are small at the front. Used for linen, towels, etc. The rv was always lower in the back even when completely empty, but didn’t know it was a problem until I started driving it.
I will take your advice and take it in in the Spring. Thanks again.

I would think that air bags would be cheaper/easier to install than hellwigs, and give a better ride. Plus they are adjustable. Not sure about the cost though. If hellwigs are on it like Grumpy says, it's possible that they might not be cinched down/tightened correctly, or shackle could be broken or nuts come loose. Have them check for that.
