Refrigerator not working on electric, only on propane

Hi, I own a 2021 Redhack 31F my refrigerator stopped working on electricity it clicks but it does not start. It does work on propane, what could be the problem?

Start? It uses an electric heating element in place of the flame so it doesn't make any noise. It will take about 24 hours to cool on gas or elec.

It does not cool, unless I change it to propane.
I waited 8 hours and it did nothing.
There is power, no circuit breakers, the switch does work, but it stopped cooling on electricity, thanks

Check for voltage where the heating element connects to the circuit board. Could be a bad element or even a bad board.

This is excellent information, thanks. I did test for electricity and there is power. I did realize that it does not cool with propane or electricity. There is power , the fuses and circuit breakers are good, I will test next the element or the board power, thanks
