Rv tv

Just wondering..... Does anyone take out their TV during the winter months while in storage?

Our Furrion 32 inch LED died after only 3 years and wondering if the extreme cold and heat might have cause this?

No, it’s because it was a Furrion. There is no such thing as an RV specific T.V.....just cheap junk they throw in there to say you have one at all. Replace it with a name brand T.V. And enjoy

We had 2 TV's in our previous trailer. Nine years through Ontario, Canada winters and summers. No problem at all. The new Furrions claim: "Engineered to last.

We designed our TVs to withstand all conditions when exposed to the elements. Vibrationsmart™ prevents damage caused by shock with metal-framed wall mounts for mobile applications. And our Climatesmart silicon-sealed components protect against damage from lower temperatures and higher humidity."

You can leave it in the camper. There shipped all the time via rail, across crazy cold places.

I read a few years back not to turn them on when they were crazy cold. Let them warm up first.

Amen to the above!

Same if you have a (quality? ) Jensen TV!
