No cross connect on Senecas, they use an Equiflo system to level the tanks. There are small tubing vent lines that come off the top and run down on the inboard sides of the tanks (towards the frame rails). If they get clogged by a wasp nest or other debris you will experience your issue. Less likely there is a leak in one of the fuel lines causing it to suck air and not self-level.
