Seneca steering stabilizers

I just purchased a 2015 Seneca and am curious about whether you other Seneca owners have added a steering stabilizer to your coach. If so, what did you do and are you happy with the results?

I added a safetplus unit. I had concerns about a front end blow out as a friend experienced one years ago. I installed the unit myself in less than an hour then another hour or so to get the unit to center while driving. I have notice a much tighter steering with less micro adjustments to the steering input. I have had a front tire drop off the pavement in construction zones and noticed no jerking of the steering wheel. No fighting steering when passing trucks, not that I saw this as an issue before.

I like the added comfort of knowing the unit wants to continue in a straight line if something happens.

We have almost 21k miles on our 2015 Seneca - and have never found a need to make any changes.

The only thing we have had done to the front-end is have Freightliner Fix the front Stabilizer. They did that under warranty.

Handling on motor coaches is highly subject to tire pressures. If pressures are too high or too low your handling (and tire wear) will suffer. Weigh your loaded for travel coach on a truck scale and set the tire pressures according to the RV tire manufacturers directions.

You do not set the tire pressures as you would in a pickup truck.

Great point on tire pressures aimed at the weight of your unit. It makes a huge difference on handling and feeling of being in control vs feeling like the road controlling you.
